Cost:

•  If balance falls between $499.99 – $300.00 during a statement cycle, a $10.00 fee will be imposed
• If balance falls between $299.99 - $100.00 during a statement cycle, a $12.00 fee will be imposed
• If balance falls between $ 99.99 - $ 0.00 during a statement cycle, a $15.00 fee will be imposed
• An item fee of $0.25 will be imposed on each check in excess of 20 during a statement cycle
